Installation and operation of ball valves

(1) Before operation, ensure that the pipeline and valve have been flushed.
(2) Valve operation is completed by rotating the valve stem according to the size of the input signal of the actuator: When rotating forward by 1/4 turn (90°), the valve is closed. When rotating backward by 1/4 turn (90°), the valve is opened.
(3) When the direction indicator arrow of the actuator is parallel to the pipeline, the ball valve is in the open state; when the indicator arrow is perpendicular to the pipeline, the ball valve is in the closed state.

☆Remove the protective covers on both sides of the flange end and flush and clean the valve while it is fully open.
☆Before installation, the entire machine should be tested according to the specified signal (electrical or pneumatic) (to prevent vibration during transportation from affecting performance). Only after passing the test can it be installed online (wiring according to the electric actuator wiring diagram).
☆Before preparing to connect to the pipeline, the pipeline must be flushed and cleaned to remove any remaining impurities (these substances may damage the valve seat and ball).
☆During installation, do not use the actuator part of the valve as a lifting point to avoid damaging the actuator and accessories.
☆This type of valve should be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipeline.
☆The pipeline near the installation point should not be sagging or subjected to external forces. Pipe supports or supports can be used to eliminate pipeline deviations.
☆After connecting to the pipeline, tighten the flange connection bolts crosswise with the specified torque.
